Information you provide

If you email ERMS, the information in your message will be used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss or manage a potential engagement.

How it is handled

Information is retained only where there is a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where no legal or contractual reason requires retention.
