Project Management
ERMS Project Managers all have vast experience in both senior project management and programme management roles.
We also consider ourselves to be Business Project Managers, in other words experienced in delivering fundamental business change projects as a result of ERP and other system implementations. We are able to communicate with all levels of the business working across finance, IT, operations, payroll, obtaining trust and buy-in from both the board and all other stakeholders. One essential ingredient in our portfolio is the relationships formed with the providing software vendor.
Our project managers also have strong business analysis skills, identifying business improvements, process changes and system requirements. This is done whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus on project budgets.
In addition, ERMS can also implement a slick and workable project management methodology if required, or can adapt to an existing in-house or industry standard methodology. Our methodology includes the use of ERMS's SharePoint document libraries, and a portfolio of project document templates including:
Microsoft Project Plans; RAID documents; Project Schedules; Project Budget and Variance Planning Tools; Project Registers and Progress Reporting.
If the implementation of the ERMS project methodology is required, time will be spent conducting a half day training and presentation session to the project team and other 3rd party involvement.
In the past, even within some of our larger clients, we have found our methodology to be very successful and easy to use by the other project team members.
