Project Lifecycle
ERMS have found its sustainability as a specialist services company through offering resources as required throughout the lifecycle of your project. Our experience has shown us that when changing your main business systems, specialist resources are only often required at the various stages of the project.
Our key line of business is to temporarily fill the skills and experience gaps your company needs when undergoing changes, working with your in-house teams and other 3rd party suppliers that you might have enlisted.
For example, identifying your business system requirements and preparing a business case for approval may run over a period or 3-6 months. You may need additional resources for only 3-4 days per week, to help facilitate workshops, document requirements, prepare 'Request for Information - RFI' document etc. This is an area ERMS can assist in. We have vast experience of many other organisations undergoing this initial project stage, can offer methods of analysis, document templates, introductions to software vendors with no commitment, prepare board presentations etc. It may be that the following 2-3 months of the project can go very quiet whilst decisions are being made or you might be coming to year end so want to delay the project start.
